As part of this agreement, the FAaST, CnCV, MBIR, and EIR product lines will be transferred to Onto Innovation,subject to U.S. and Hungarian regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Until then, Semilab International will continue operations as usual.

Semilab Zrt. and its affiliates, which are not affected by the transaction, will continue to independently develop and support the Semilab product portfolio and deliver advanced solutions to customers in the Semiconductor, Flat Panel Display, and Photovoltaic industries.
