We are pleased to present the PLB-55, by far the most versatile tool for controlling brick quality in highly automated fab environment. Cumulating unmatched number of metrologies and inspections, the PLB-55 is aimed to be an “all-in-one” station control unit for highly automated fabs.

About Semilab
We design, produce and sell metrology equipment for the characterization of semiconductor and photovoltaic materials, for monitoring the manufacturing process of semiconductor devices and solar cells, and also for R&D purposes in these areas.
