The 7th International Conference on Advanced Electromaterials (ICAE 2023) will be held between October 31. – November 3, 2023, at the Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju, South-Korea.

ICAE, the bi-annual conference provides a forum for discussions on all aspects of "electromaterials". Its scope includes various disciplines of electronic materials, including ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, green energy materials such as solar cells and fuel cells, functional thin films and devices, energy storage materials, "soft" organic electronics, smart sensor materials and devices, new applications and displays based on LEDs and OLEDs, advances in wide gap semiconductors, atomic and nanoscale characterizations of electromaterials, and many more.

The scientific program of ICAE 2023 will consist of high-quality scientific sessions that will provide opportunities to the experts, researchers, and entrepreneurs for sharing deeper knowledge and new perspectives on the related themes.

Semilab will also attend the event, as Semilab Korea will be among the exhibitors of the event, and we are also preparing a publication on ’Optical Analysis for Epitaxial Silicon Transition Zone Measurements’ including our EIR and SRP systems which will be presented at [Symposium 09] Thin Film Processing and Etching Technology for Electronic Device.
