Semilab ellipsometer at University College London’s Adaptive and Responsive Nanomaterials Group

01.08.2018

Semilab Co. Ltd. and the University College London’s Adaptive & Responsive Nanomaterials Group are developing a longterm partnership on metrology of self-assembled mesoporous materials. The cooperation is based on the wide range of applications of the Semilab SE-2000 spectroscopic ellipsometer, including its porosimetry cell capabilities, as well as its unique quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) module.

In the frame of this cooperation, Barry Reid, doctoral researcher at the University College London has prepared an excellent tutorial about the usage of SE-2000 ellipsometer, including hardware and software introduction. Check out the Semilab tool capabilities on Youtube.
